Luke’s House Clinic in New Orleans, LA is seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner to lead clinical programs and provide comprehensive primary and preventive care in a part-time role (16 hours/week). The position emphasizes outreach to underserved communities and collaboration with volunteer physicians and students.

The role supports a medical student rotation program, coordination of care teams, and ongoing clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Louisiana Family Nurse Practitioner license.
• Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care within scope of practice.
• Lead clinical programs expanding access to care, including women’s health, immunizations, and chronic disease management.
• Support medical student rotation program and liaison to nursing/NP programs for new rotations.
• Ensure continuity of care across clinic sessions with follow-up, referrals and clinical handoffs.
• Strengthen clinic operations through planning, appointment optimization, workflows, and follow-up.
