Qualifications

• MSN/DNP with FNP specialization and NY license.
• Board-certified FNP (AANP or ANCC).
• Experience with EMR systems and HIPAA compliance.
• Willingness to obtain FMCSA within 3 months; DEA/CDL preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope family medicine care to diverse patients across the lifespan.
• Deliver patient-centered care with AI-assisted charting and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and learners; mentor interns.
• Ensure timely care, manage duties, and participate in ongoing training.
• Contribute to clinic efficiency and continuous improvement.
