Job summary

Nao Medical in Astoria, NY is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to deliver full-scope family medicine with AI-assisted documentation. Earn base salary $125,000 to $188,000, plus a sign-on bonus and up to $45,000 in quarterly performance bonuses.

Flexible schedule and strong leadership support help you grow while caring for preventive and acute patients across the lifespan. You’ll work with AI copilots, chart efficiently, lead and mentor, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• MSN/DNP with Family Nurse Practitioner specialization is required.
• Active New York State NP license.
• Board certification: AANP or ANCC (FNP).
• EMR experience and HIPAA knowledge.
• DEA & CDL preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, medications, and prevention.
• Coordinate care with physicians, medical assistants, and aftercare teams.
