Qualifications

• MSN/DNP with Family Nurse Practitioner specialization
• Active New York State NP license
• Board certification: AANP or ANCC (FNP)
• EMR experience and strong HIPAA knowledge
• FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months
• DEA & CDL preferred or willingness to obtain
• 1+ year primary/urgent care; bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
• New grads are welcome

Responsibilities

• Clinical care: comprehensive assessments, diagnose and build evidence-based treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret labs and imaging, refer to specialists when needed, educate patients on diagnoses, medications, and prevention
• Patient experience & flow: deliver attentive care, keep clinic flow moving to reduce wait times, run telemedicine visits, and partner with medical assistants, scribes, and aftercare teams
• Tech-enabled documentation: document encounters in the EMR and use AI copilots for documentation, clinical decision support, and admin, keeping records timely and compliant
• Team collaboration & leadership: work alongside physicians and clinical staff, mentor interns and students, and contribute ideas to improve clinic efficiency
• Flexibility & growth: join monthly provider syncs and one-on-ones, complete ongoing training, and stay flexible across multiple schedule options

• Base Salary: $125,000-$188,000 (depending on experience and schedule)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 (based on experience)
