Job summary

Strong stakeholder management and Agile experience are required, with a knack for clear documentation and communication. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in IT BA, familiarity with gaming or betting domains, and an ability to navigate evolving regulatory contexts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT Business Analysis experience.
• Experience in betting, gambling, or online gaming industry.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proven experience managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating discussions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Requirement prioritization and scope management.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.

Project – the aim you’ll have

You’ll join a well-established European gaming technology initiative that provides innovative real-money gaming solutions to licensed operators worldwide. The project’s goal is to build engaging, responsible, and high-performing digital entertainment experiences, supporting the launch and continuous enhancement of our eInstant gaming platform offered in a Games-as-a-Service (GaaS) model.

Role – how you’ll contribute

As a Business Analyst, you’ll act as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery teams, ensuring solutions are both user-centric and technically sound. You will:

• Gather, validate, and document business requirements through elicitation and collaboration with stakeholders and product owners.

• 4+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Previous experience in the betting, gambling, or online gaming industry is required.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proven experience managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating discussions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Skilled in requirement prioritization, scope management, and evaluating solution feasibility.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to express complex ideas clearly.

Additional skills – the edge you have

• Business Analyst certification or completed relevant courses.
• Interest or hands-on exposure to project management, ability to assist in planning, coordination, or delivery tracking.
• Experience with large-scale projects or frameworks such as SAFe, Scaled Scrum, or Lean.
• Familiarity with complex data systems or integration environments.
• Technical background or a degree in Computer Science is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
