Job summary

The National Park Service at Canyonlands National Park is hiring a Facility Management Systems Specialist to manage the park's Facility Management Software System (FMSS) and support asset management.

The position requires coordinating work orders, condition assessments, cost estimates, QA/QC, and collaboration with park staff. Telework is eligible; on-site work in Moab, Utah, with potential travel to support programs.

Qualifications

• Education substantiation may require official transcripts.
• Foreign education must be evaluated for equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee the FMSS for asset management
• Create and manage work orders; oversee lifecycle of facilities
• Perform condition assessments on facilities and assets
• Develop cost estimates and support funding requests
• Establish QA/QC processes for FMSS data and reporting
• Collaborate with park staff to define project scopes and compliance requirements
• Serve as lead for the Facility Investment Plan (FIP) tool and related PMIS workflows
