Job summary

Serco Canada Inc. is seeking a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program Analyst to support the F-35 JPO from Crystal City, Arlington, VA. The role emphasizes program management across development, production, and sustainment of F135 engines, with close collaboration to customers and stakeholders.

You will participate in cost, schedule, and performance management and help coordinate propulsion system integration and risk mitigation for the F-35 propulsion program.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years related to international acquisition OR Associate’s degree with 10 years total experience.
• Experience in defense acquisition program management for weapon systems lifecycle.
• Familiarity with DoD Instruction 5000.2, DoD Directive 5530.03, and IC in AT&L Handbook.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (CONUS/OCONUS).

Responsibilities

• Assist Propulsion PMO in managing cost, schedule, and performance for F135 across development, production, and sustainment.
• Assist Propulsion PMO in serving as propulsion system integrator for the F-35 Air System.
• Assist Propulsion PMO in managing propulsion systems risks.
• Assist Propulsion PMO in sustaining engines for U.S. Services, Partners, and FMS customers.
• Assist Propulsion PMO in managing production out of three assembly plants.
• Assist Propulsion PMO in managing F-135 CIP.
• Support Propulsion PMO in delivering CIP contracts and propulsion systems products.
