The U.S. Department of the Navy is seeking candidates for a key position concerning Foreign Military Sales and Building Partnership Capacity programs. The role includes leading projects, facilitating strategic plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Expert Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Building Partnership Capacity programs and policy and regulations to include Export Administration Regulations and International Traffic in Arms Regulations; Ability to provide representation on organizational and program matters/issues to all levels of interest both internal and external to the organization; Knowledge of DoD and DoN weapons systems program management and associated acquisition processes, regulations, and procedures.
