Job summary

KBR is seeking a FMS Program Analyst to support the PATRIOT program in the Missile Directorate. You will assist International Program Managers with DSAMS case actions, briefings, quarterly financial reports, and file organization for aircraft and spares.

Travel up to 20% may be required. Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of experience or 8+ years in lieu of degree; active secret clearance or eligibility is required.

Title: FMS Program Analyst

Program Summary

Job Summary

This FMS Program Analyst will support the PATRIOT program in the Missile Directorate of SAMD. This person will be required to perform the duties of assisting the International Program Managers in the program management duties such as, preparation of case actions in DSAMS, preparation of briefings, preparation of quarterly financial reports, organizing files as pertaining to aircraft, aircraft spares, support equipment, and repair and return. Experience leading and managing projects, gathering requirements, and support a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

FMS Case Development responsibilities:

• Assist in writing, modifying, and amending FMS Cases in DSAMS.
• Assist in the drafting of Letters of Request (LOR) for Letter of Offer and Acceptance (DSAMS)

Logistics responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track all shipments of material to and from country.
• Manage and track the Return and Repair process for all program related material.
• Manage and track the ordering, prioritization, and shipments of critical/urgent spare part requirements.
• Analyze and Plan international transportation initiatives in accordance with US Army policy, AECA, ITAR, etc.
• Systems Used: CISIL, WebFLIS, WebROR, SCIP, IGC, EFTS

Support responsibilities:

• Track and coordinate all actions items and taskers for SAMD and other US entities related to the program.
• Working knowledge of Army business processes and regulations regarding FMS funds and case execution.
• Support Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Working Level Meetings (WLMs) and recurring internal meetings.
• Analyze program budgeting activities, such as transaction analysis, transaction processing, data analysis, and data summarization, financial management, and cost/budget analysis related to government programs. GFEBS experience preferred.

Travel (CONUS and OCONUS) may be required (20%).

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 0-2 years of experience OR 8+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Candidate must have an active secret clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain one

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in program management a plus
• Working contract actions, a plus
• Developed and compiled budget spending plans for program managers and customers
