Job summary

DigiFlight, Inc. seeks a Program Analyst to support the Security Assistance Management Directorate's India FMS team. You will develop LOAs in response to LORs, assist in FMS case management for the Apache platform, and analyze program financials using DSAMS and GFEBS.

Responsibilities include coordinating international program plans, tracking shipments, and supporting PMRs and QA inspections to ensure smooth FMS operations.

Qualifications

• 8 years' experience in FMS or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree or 11 years of relevant experience in lieu.
• Experience with DSAMS and financial analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop LOAs in response to LORs for FMS partners.
• Assist in total case management of FMS cases for the Apache platform.
• Plan and coordinate LOR requirements and prepare data sheets; utilize DSAMS and GFEBS for financial analysis.
• Coordinate and track shipments, RFIs, PMRs, training, and QA inspections for Apache FMS.

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform in the capacity of a Program Analyst on the Security Assistance Management Directorate, India Foreign Military Sales (FMS) team. Develop Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) in response to Letters of Request for the FMS partner. Assist in the total case management of FMS cases for the Apache platform. Perform Apache FMS case development and execution activities which include but are not limited to: Plan and coordinate requirements for Letter of Requests (LORs), Developing and tasking Price, Availability, and Serviceability data sheets, utilizing the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) to develop LOAs, develop and coordinate long-range plans for international programs, utilizing the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) to analyze program financials, and executing financial requirements. Perform Apache FMS case sustainment activities which include but are not limited to: resolving Requests for Information, tracking the shipment of Apache FMS equipment and resolving shipping problems, coordinating and attending Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and coordinating FMS Apache and other equipment training and Quality Assurance Team inspections

8 years' experience in FMS or job-related experience.

Bachelor’s Degree, or a high school diploma with eleven years of relevant experience.
