Delta Solutions & Strategies in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Technical Specialist I to support foreign military sales activities. You will help manage FMS/FMF efforts and coordinate LOAs, LORs, and related documentation for AH-64 Apache.

The role requires collaborating with PMOs, industry, and U.S. commands, coordinating visits, and tracking repair and return assets. You will prepare briefs, minutes, and reports for PMRs and country briefings, and assist with funding taskers.

Qualifications

• Must hold Secret Security Clearance.
• Experience with FMS/FMF processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing complex FMS/FMF efforts and review RFIs/LORs for AH-64 Apache.
• Coordinate with PMOs, industry, and commands to generate LOAs in response to requests.
• Support foreign visits to the U.S., track assets in Repair and Return (R&R), monitor PBL reports, and brief sustainment cases during PMRs.
• Respond to taskers related to FMS/FMF funding and ensure obligations align with plans.
• Draft memorandums of request for Action Items and coordinate LOA response documents in DSAMS.
• Prepare CMA reports updates and assist in country briefings, reports, and meeting minutes.

Delta Solutions & Strategies Is Seeking a Technical Specialist I To Support Our Customer In Huntsville, AL. What You Will Be Doing

• Responsible for assisting in the management of complex Foreign Military Sales (FMS)/Foreign Military Financing (FMF) efforts. Is instrumental in reviewing Requests for Information (RFIs) and Letters of Request (LORs) for system and platform information pertaining to AH-64 Apache.
• Coordinates with the Program Management Offices (PMOs), industry, and other commands to assist in the generation of LORs & Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs) in response to a foreign entity or Combatant Commands (COCOM) request.
• Provide support for foreign visits request to the U.S. in anticipation of meetings related to platform, tracking all assets in Repair and Return (R&R), monitor all reports for Performance Based Logistics (PBL) Windows and report back to customer, attend and brief the customer on the Sustainment cases during meeting and Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
• Respond to taskers related to FMS/FMF funding. Ensure obligation plans are documented properly. Review goals and provide recommendations to confirm funds are executed in accordance with plans.
• Draft memorandums of request for Action Items. Coordinate LOA response documents as necessary within the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS).
• Assist in preparing updates for Case Management Application (CMA) reports. Prepare material for Country briefings, reports, and memorandums. Assist in planning, executing, and taking minutes at PMRs and other meetings.
