Responsibilities

• Process FMLA/Short Term Disability paperwork accurately.
• Communicate with patients and physicians about paperwork.
• Process medical record requests adhering to HIPAA compliance.
• Complete disability forms using standard responses.
• Assist multiple callers and track call data using Excel.
• Maintain professional relationships with all clients.
• Verify patient information.
• Conduct quality screenings on incoming requests.
