About the Role

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive quality management systems across all stages of product development and manufacturing. Key Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain robust quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards for all FMCG products.
• Oversee all quality control activities, including raw material inspection, in-process testing, and finished product analysis.
• Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements in **Welkom**.
• Manage and mentor the quality assurance team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of duties.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) promptly.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality is integrated into every stage of the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control, with a strong focus on the FMCG industry.
• In-depth knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, and other relevant quality management systems.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing quality management systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
