Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a skilled maintenance professional in Alabama to safeguard people and equipment in a busy packaging/processing facility. The role focuses on electromechanical troubleshooting, autonomous maintenance, and continuous improvement within a 24/7 operation.

You will leverage RCA methods, SAP workflows, and Safety/5S MMS practices to drive reliability gains and support capital projects from installation to commissioning.

Qualifications

• Must have apprenticeship completion or mechanical/electrical degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing (FMCG a plus).
• Strong numerical/verbal reasoning and computer skills.
• Multiskilled in electrical and mechanical disciplines with RCA expertise.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electromechanical systems across packaging and processing.
• Use RCPS to eliminate repeat failures and standardize fixes.
• Maintain an organized workspace aligned to Safety and 5S MMS practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and document learnings.
• Support Workday updates and piece together data for asset care reviews.
