Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing settings.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical docs.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, motors, VFDs, PLCs, and controls.
• Perform PM, PdM, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
• Document work orders and equipment history in SAP/CMMS.
• Lead RCA, 5 Whys, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering to boost reliability.
