Job summary

Griffin Associates is seeking an FM Machine Operator in Cullman, AL for 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, background check, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand 8–10 hours. PPE includes jeans, t-shirt, capris and full shoes (no steel toes).

The environment emphasizes good attitudes and growth opportunities, with weekly pay. The position features shifts on second and third watch, and a fast-paced production setting with opportunities

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Background check required.
• Experience in production or manufacturing.
• Self-motivated with ability to work in a team.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand 8–10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery during 8-hour shifts (Mondays to Fridays).
• Shifts: 2nd 4pm–12am and 3rd 12am–8am.
• Listen to Bluetooth while working.
• Maintain a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.
