Job summary

Griffin Associates in Cullman, AL is seeking an Auto Assembly / Machine Operator for 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday. You'll work on 2nd shift (4pm–12am) or 3rd shift (12am–8am).

No Sundays, fast-paced environment, listen to Bluetooth while working, growth opportunities, raises and bonus, paid weekly. Must have HS diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and pass background check. PPE: jeans, T-shirt, capris, full shoes; steel-toes not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in production or manufacturing environments.
• Must be a team player with a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand 8–10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate auto assembly machines on 2nd shift (4pm–12am) or 3rd shift (12am–8am).
• Maintain a fast-paced production line with good attitudes and safe practices.
• Adhere to PPE requirements and background check process.
