Job summary

Griffin Associates is hiring for Auto Assembly / Machine Operator in Alabama. This position offers 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday with no Sundays and early/late shift options. You will operate assembly equipment, monitor output, and maintain safety and efficiency on a fast-paced line.

Paid weekly with opportunities for raises and bonuses. A HS diploma or GED is required, and background checks are conducted.

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or GED.
• Experience in Production or Manufacturing preferred.
• Must be able to stand for 8–10 hours and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate Auto Assembly / Machine Operator tasks on a fast-paced line.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and follow PPE guidelines.
• Support team to meet production targets and shift schedules.
