• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform preventive health examinations and wellness visits.
• Develop long-term relationships with patients and families.
• Manage chronic conditions and coordinate specialty care when appropriate.
• Provide urgent care services as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
