Job summary

InSync Healthcare Recruiters is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician for a practice in Portsmouth, Virginia that values quality over volume. The position offers a predictable schedule from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, sees 12-15 patients per day, and includes first-year earnings of $300K+. The opportunity includes a supportive onboarding process, a multidisciplinary team environment, and benefits starting on the first day. Ideal candidates are MD or DO graduates, Board-Certified or Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine, with an active Virginia medical license.
