Qualifications

• Set up welding machines, adjust wire speed, voltage, and gas flow for various materials/thicknesses.
• Inspect welds for quality, penetration, and uniformity; perform repairs or rework as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols, PPE usage, and lockout/tagout.
