Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a skilled MIG Welder who can also perform flux core welds. The ideal candidate will read blueprints, produce quality welds, and follow safety protocols in a fabrication setting.

You will interpret technical drawings, ensure adherence to specifications, and maintain welding equipment. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–4:30pm, with pay DOE and a weld test required.

Responsibilities

• Welding Operations: Perform MIG welding on various metal materials with strong, clean welds.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read blueprints, schematics, and drawings to guide welding tasks.
• Quality Control: Inspect welds and finished products, make adjustments or repairs as needed.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain welding equipment and tools, perform regular checks and troubleshooting.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace.
• Collaboration: Work with team and other departments to meet production goals.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
