Job summary

EXO Inc. in Ohio seeks a Flux Core Welder to join our inspection and remediation team. You will perform FCAW welding, read blueprints, and fabricate or repair metal components for infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years FCAW welding experience.
• AWS FCAW certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform FCAW welding on metal components and structures.
• Read blueprints and welding symbols to determine welds.
• Inspect welds for cracks, porosity, and fusion quality.
• Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment and tools.
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Document welding activities and report completion status.
