Job summary

Regal Staffing Services is hiring experienced Flux Core Welders for client facilities in the Alliance and Northeast Fort Worth area. You will perform FCAW on structural steel, read welding blueprints, and ensure weld quality.

Opportunities include first- and second-shift work with potential overtime and contract-to-hire arrangements. Ideal candidates have Flux Core experience, ability to pass a welding test, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Previous Flux Core welding experience required.
• MIG welding and metal fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, grinders, and cutting torches.
• Ability to pass a welding test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW) on structural steel and metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings.
• Fit, position, and weld components according to specifications.
• Inspect finished welds for quality and penetration.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with safety procedures.
