NOCD, a leading telehealth provider for OCD treatment, seeks a skilled Flutter Engineer in Chicago. You will build and evolve Flutter-based mobile apps for Android and iOS, collaborating with product, design, and clinical teams to deliver high-quality experiences for patients and therapists.
Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years in mobile development with Flutter and native Android, a strong UI/UX sensibility, and a proven track record of shipping production apps.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of mobile development with Flutter and native Android
- 3+ years of hands-on Flutter development
- Strong proficiency in Flutter/Dart and modern state management
- Experience shipping and maintaining production iOS/Android apps
- Portfolio or examples of shipped apps or features
- Strong UI detail and design sense
- Clear written and verbal communication; ownership mindset
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain NOCD Flutter apps, including new greenfield projects
- Own and evolve the flagship Flutter Android app used by patients
- Collaborate with backend engineers and contribute Python endpoints as needed
- Partner with product, design, and clinical teams on real-world problems
- Support lightweight analytics and experimentation with data/marketing teams
- Elevate mobile engineering practices and code quality as the team grows
