Job summary

Digitech seeks a talented Flutter Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross‑platform mobile and web applications within an EMS billing tech context.

You will collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and backend developers to deliver scalable, secure, user-friendly applications that support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on Flutter development experience.
• Technical Skills: Flutter, Dart, Git source control, RESTful APIs, JSON, Mobile app architecture patterns, CI/CD pipelines, HTML/CSS & JavaScript
• Preferred Skills: Firebase, MySQL databases, Experience with native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift), Experience with web and desktop Flutter deployments, Knowledge of software security best practices
• Experience developing and releasing applications to Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and backend services.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Flutter applications for mobile, web, and desktop platforms.
• Build reusable, maintainable, and scalable code following established coding standards.
• Implement responsive user interfaces based on UI/UX designs.
• Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Develop offline-first capabilities and local data storage solutions when required.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Debug and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
• Ensure application security and compliance with organizational standards.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to understand requirements.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Contribute to DevOps and CI/CD pipeline improvements.
• Stay current with Flutter, Dart, mobile development trends, and emerging technologies.
• Evaluate new tools and frameworks that improve development efficiency and product quality.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and development processes.

Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Flutter Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building Flutter applications for iOS and Android, a strong understanding of software engineering principles, and experience working within Agile development teams.
