Position Overview

The Flutter Developer is a key contributor within our New Jersey mobile engineering team. This role focuses on developing and enhancing high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. The ideal candidate combines technical skill with a collaborative mindset - someone eager to learn, build, and help refine mobile architecture under the guidance of senior engineers.

This position is ideal for a mobile developer ready to take the next step in their career, working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with opportunities for growth and technical ownership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile application components using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate with the R&D and product teams during planning, estimation, and technical discussions.
• Ensure application performance, stability, and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving technical standards.
• Support the overall product documentation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of mobile development experience (Android or iOS).
• 1–2 years of Flutter development experience (with at least one published app).
• Strong understanding of Dart fundamentals, mobile architecture, OOP, and SOLID principles.
• Experience working with REST APIs and sockets.
• Located in or willing to work daily from our New Jersey hub.

Preferred Experience

• Kotlin, Java, or Swift.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks.
• Experience working in a fast-growing or international technology environment.
• Exposure to regulated industries.
