Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with general chemical and biological laboratory techniques.
• Knowledge of antibody handling, purification techniques, pipetting, UV-Visible spectroscopy, and safe handling of biological materials and chemicals.
• Familiarity with HPLC, FPLC, and gravimetric separation techniques for biomolecule purification and analysis.
• Experience with bioconjugation chemistry is preferred.
• Ability to analyze and interpret scientific data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Produce, purify, and analyze fluorescent protein-based products according to customer requirements and established timelines.
• Perform purification and analytical testing of fluorescent dye-labeled antibodies and other biomolecules using HPLC, FPLC, and gravimetric separation techniques.
• Analyze, interpret, and document scientific data using specialized laboratory techniques and technical knowledge.
• Perform routine chemical and biological laboratory procedures while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional departments and team members.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures and quality requirements.
• Support departmental goals and business objectives related to safety, quality, productivity, and timely completion of assignments.
