Job summary

Sterling Performance, Inc. in Milford, MI seeks a Fluid Systems Test Engineering Specialist to develop and run testing programs in our Milford lab. You will quote, fixture, set up tests, run them, and report results, acting as the customer contact from start to finish.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Fluid Systems engineering, plus proven test engineering experience and familiarity with SAE/J2044, J2045, J2260, GMW 15964, FCA PF. 90197.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on Fluid Systems.
• Proven experience as a Test Engineer or similar role.
• Fluid Systems experience and familiar with related specs.
• Knowledge of SAE J2044/J2045/J2260, GMW 15964 and FCA PF. 90197.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering and functional duties in ongoing laboratory operations.
• Coordinate testing programs from quoting, fixturing, test setup, execution, and reporting.
• Act as liaison to customers from start to finish with accurate data handling.
