Job summary

Publix Super Markets in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Warehouse/Manufacturing Associate to support milk and dairy operations. You will receive raw milk, juice and related ingredients, weigh tankers, and assist with sanitation and housekeeping.

Fluency in GMPs, forklift licensing, and the ability to lift 20+ pounds are essential. The role requires flexible shifts, teamwork, and a safety‑minded approach in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must demonstrate safe working habits and good attendance.
• Must be able to lift in excess of 20 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must obtain license and operate forklift.

Responsibilities

• Receiving raw milk, juice, condensed milk and sugar.
• Cleaning and sanitizing raw tanks and tankers.
• Weighing tankers and monitoring tank levels.
• Pulling samples and selecting tank and routing.

Year End Bonus

To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay.
