• Develop hydraulic & pneumatic knowledge through training and hands-on problem solving.
• Build customer presence as a technical consultant through supervised visits.
• Assist with knowledge base development for fluids power applications and case histories.
• Support refinement of the development program to improve effectiveness for future participants.
