Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies, the world's leading fluid power distributor, seeks a Fluid Power MRO Specialist. You will be a local technical expert, partnering with Account Managers to identify high-potential accounts and present technical fluid power solutions.

You will train customers and internal teams, review drawings, and help specify products and systems to improve customer performance across your assigned territory. This role emphasizes problem solving and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years fluid power experience including practical applications.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong written & verbal communication and teamwork.
• Familiar with MS Office and remote collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Cooperatively create and execute an engagement plan with local US Service Center sales teams identifying high potential accounts.
• Act as local, technical fluid power expert and facilitate supplier interactions with internal teams and customers.
• Prepare and present fluid power solutions using drawings, plans and documents to drive new business.
• Conduct fluid power training for internal staff and customers to increase knowledge.
• Develop relationships with supplier resources to specify products and systems that enhance customer performance.
• Coordinate projects with US Service Center personnel and contribute to knowledge base.
