Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• GMPs and safe working habits required.
• Able to lift 50 pounds frequently.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn all positions.
• Ability to obtain forklift license.
• Must be able to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Strong teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain fluid filling and packaging equipment.
• Clean the filling room environment and maintain sanitary equipment.
• Record accurate production data and monitor weight of products.
• Operate CIP and COP systems and related sanitation processes.
• Disassemble and reassemble fluid fillers for cleaning; perform routine maintenance.
• Perform manual cleaning of conveyors, labelers, casers, and other equipment.
• Ensure compliance with Publix and regulatory quality standards.
