Job summary

Ford Dealership is seeking a Quick Lube Service Technician to perform oil changes, check fluids, belts, and filters, and conduct basic vehicle inspections. You will drive vehicles for test runs and diagnose issues with standard tools, aiming for efficient, accurate repairs.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a technical degree preferred, and Ford certification is a plus. Experience in a service department and ability to lift 50 pounds are valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Test to check whether systems and components are secure and working properly
• Isolate the systems or components that might have caused the problem
• Drive the vehicle for testing purposes
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing and repairing vehicles
• Repair or replace worn parts ahead of breakdown or damage
• Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform tasks
