Job summary

Mercor seeks a Fluid Dynamics and Convection Stability Physicist (PhD) for a remote, short-term contract lasting 8–10 weeks, with a commitment of about 10 hours per week. The role focuses on evaluating research-level physics problems to advance AI model reasoning and outputs.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD in a relevant field, a publication record, and strong proficiency in LaTeX, Python, and Jupyter, with English at B2 or higher.
