Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Fluent Commerce OMS Consultant/Developer to design, implement, and optimize omnichannel order management solutions using Fluent Commerce. You will integrate OMS with eCommerce, ERP, WMS, and POS to deliver scalable, cloud-native orchestration that improves customer experience and operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and integration teams to translate requirements into robust OMS solutions and drive successful deployments

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end OMS solutions using Fluent Commerce.
• Strong integration skills with eCommerce platforms, ERP, WMS and POS.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable OMS designs.
• Proficient in modern API-based integrations and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end OMS solutions using Fluent Commerce.
• Configure order orchestration, fulfillment workflows, and inventory visibility.
• Integrate Fluent Commerce with eCommerce platforms, ERP, WMS, and POS.
• Develop custom business logic and workflow extensions for complex use cases.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements.
