High Caliber Organics, Inc. is seeking a Manager – Flower & Deleafing to lead the Flower and Deleafing departments.

You will oversee a team of ~13 employees, coordinate daily tasks, monitor productivity and quality, and coach staff to meet safety and company standards. This hands‑on leadership role requires balancing production duties with administrative responsibilities, conducting performance reviews, and communicating with the Cultivation Manager, General Manager, and HR.

Qualifications

• Previous management or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to coach employees, provide feedback, and hold them accountable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to address performance and conduct concerns professionally.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions within the scope of the position.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must successfully complete any required background screening.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide leadership to approximately 13 employees across the Flower and Deleafing departments.
• Assign and prioritize daily tasks based on production needs and staffing schedules.
• Provide coaching, training, direction, and ongoing feedback to employees and department leads.
• Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, work performance, and adherence to policies.
• Ensure employees follow procedures, PPE, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Work with department leads and Quality Control to maintain production and quality standards.
• Balance hands‑on production with administrative and supervisory duties.
• Document performance concerns and coordinate with Human Resources for corrective action.
