Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field service or operations role.
  • Strong mechanical and/or electrical knowledge.
  • Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability, willingness to learn, and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the United States without company sponsorship.

  • Execute safe and efficient field operations at well sites, job locations, and plant facilities.
  • Ensure proper rig‑up and rig‑down of equipment in accordance with operational procedures.
  • Participate in job risk analysis activities and promote a strong safety culture.
  • Support learning and competency development programs to maintain technical proficiency.
  • Mentor and assist team members as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customer contacts to support service delivery and promote company solutions.
  • Identify and address operational issues to improve efficiency and service quality.

Job description

SLB is seeking a proactive individual to join our team in Pearsall, Texas as a Flowback Specialist. In this role, you will support field operations by delivering safe, accurate, and timely services to customers at well sites and operational locations. You will be responsible for ensuring equipment is properly deployed and operated while maintaining compliance with company and customer requirements.
