Job summary

KLX Energy Services LLC in Alice, TX, is seeking a local Well Testing Supervisor to oversee flowback operations and supervise field personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery within one-hour commuting distance.

You will coordinate daily operations, manage equipment readiness, and liaise with customers on scheduling and technical support while supporting inventory control and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel, including being away from home 2 - 3 weeks at a time
• Must be willing and able to work long hours
• Strong safety culture and regulatory compliance understanding

Responsibilities

• Supervise Flowback Technicians and field personnel
• Coordinate daily flowback operations, scheduling, and service delivery
• Oversee rig up/down, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of flowback equipment
• Monitor data collection, recording, and reporting of operations
• Communicate with customers on scheduling and technical support
• Oversee inventory, asset tracking, and equipment readiness
• Support quality control and continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
