Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Flowback Technicians and field personnel while promoting a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate daily flowback operations, including personnel, equipment, scheduling, and service delivery to meet customer requirements and operational objectives.
• Oversee rig up/down, operation, troubleshooting, inspection, repair, maintenance, and pressure testing of flowback equipment, including separators, manifolds, sand separators, and line heaters.
• Monitor field operations and ensure accurate collection, recording, sampling, and reporting of operational data.
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, operational needs, service delivery, and technical support while assisting in reducing non-productive time.
• Oversee inventory, asset tracking, equipment readiness, and supply requirements to support operational efficiency.
• Support quality control initiatives and operational improvement efforts to ensure equipment and services meet company and customer standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are currently seeking a local Well Testing Supervisor position in Alice, TX, preferably within aone-hour commuting distance of the area.

PURPOSE

Supervises and coordinates flowback operations, personnel, and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable service delivery. Provides technical oversight of field operations while supporting customer satisfaction, inventory management, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Less than High School Education
• Work Experience: 0-2 years
• Related Experience:
