Job summary

Knock Out Energy is seeking a Production Flowback Operator to work at Midland, TX and surrounding remote lease locations. You will collect hourly well data, interpret results, and perform maintenance on surface equipment to ensure smooth flowback operations.

Responsibilities include dumping sand, cleaning screens, gauging frac tanks, and maintaining a safe, organized work area while adhering to procedures and safety rules in a field setting with long hours and varying locations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of production flowback experience is required.
• Experience with surface pressure control equipment and separators.
• Ability to read and interpret well data on an hourly basis.
• Strong safety mindset and PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Accurately collect and report well data based on flow.
• Troubleshoot and perform equipment maintenance as needed.
• Check differential pressure regularly and clean screens.
• Dump sand separators and gauge frac tanks.
• Read and follow safety rules and manuals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
