Imperative Chemical Partners is hiring a Service Technician, Flowback to support oilfield operations in Carlsbad, NM. The role involves field service, sample collection, and monitoring chemical programs at customer sites.

You will operate company vehicles, communicate with Account Managers, and ensure safety and SOP compliance. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED; CDL Hazmat/Tankers is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL with Hazmat/Tankers preferred but not required.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lb and perform climbing/llexercises.
• Team player with ability to work in field conditions.

Responsabilités

• Operate a company vehicle and travel to customer sites.
• Collect and monitor oil and water samples from equipment hourly.
• Monitor chemical rates and adjust as needed.
• Document and email daily reports to Account Managers and Operations.
• Follow SOPs, safety rules, and company standards at all times.
• Willing to work dayshift, nightshift, long hours, and holidays.
