Job summary

CarMax is seeking a Flow Inventory Associate in Parker, CO to maintain accurate vehicle inventory and support customer experiences. You will handle shipping, title packets, lot maintenance and photography for listings, while driving vehicles for repairs and auction support.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and transcribe data for inventory records.
• Completion of Inventory Associate workstation certifications and trainings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory by following CarMax inventory processes.
• Receive and secure vehicles shipped to CarMax and prepare title packets for transfers.
• Perform lot maintenance and merchandising, ensuring display areas are clean and organized.
• Prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners, including washing and vacuuming.
• Execute photo station process for carmax.com listings.
• Drive vehicles on and off the lot for repairs, storage, and auction support.
• Follow CarMax EH&S requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Hourly Rate For This Position Is

$20.35 - $20.35

Benefits

CarMax Associates are entitled to paid sick, vacation, and holiday time. Full‑time hourly and commission eligible associates earn up to 48 sick hours per year (accrued per pay period) and between 80 and 200 vacation hours per year after a 90‑day waiting period. Full‑time salaried associates receive paid time away with no specified limit for sick, vacation, bereavement, jury duty, holidays, floating holiday, etc. subject to manager approval.
