Qualifications

NYS licensed CLT with applicable degree and clinical lab experience.
License plus 2 years or 4 years CL lab experience as specified.
Visual requirements include depth and color discrimination.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily laboratory activities and operations.
Assist with staff oversight and training.
Monitor workflow and turnaround times.
Troubleshoot operational and technical issues.
Help maintain instrument readiness and quality standards.
Act as a leadership resource when the Supervisor is unavailable.
