Job summary

Diversified Foods & Seasonings is hiring a Flour Production Associate – Case Packer at The Theodore, AL site. You will package finished products per customer specs, verify product types and quantities, and apply accurate case labels in a clean, safe environment.

This role supports GMP, HACCP, SOP, and SSOP requirements and participates in standard work processes. Growth opportunities, a team-focused culture, and commitment to safety are highlighted throughout the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and regularly bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and climb stairs or ladders.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and push or pull materials using appropriate equipment.
• Food manufacturing or packaging experience and knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SOP, SSOP, and safety requirements preferred.
• Color vision to inspect products, labels, and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Package finished products into boxes, bags, or displays according to customer specifications.
• Verify the correct product type and quantity before packing.

• Complete pallet tags with required product, date, and batch information.

The Case Packer is responsible for packaging finished products into boxes, bags, or displays per customer specifications. This role ensures accurate labeling, documentation, and pallet identification while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
