Job summary

Diversified Foods and Seasonings in Madisonville, LA, is seeking a Production Ham Fat Prep Associate to join our production team and help ensure food safety, quality, and efficient batch production.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on recipe adherence, data recording, and staying updated on packaging and palletization requirements. The position offers flexible shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Basic math and reading skills.
• The ability to stay active on your feet for up to 10 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and move comfortably with bending, stooping, and kneeling in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials for quality, freshness, and compliance with food safety standards.
• Accurately observe, record, label, and report production data.
• Stay updated on product details, packaging materials, and palletization requirements.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with coworkers and supervisors.
