HDR is hiring a Project Manager to direct multi-discipline teams through the full project lifecycle, under the supervision of a Program Manager. You will handle complex small to large projects, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and maintain client relations.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Engineering, with 7+ years related experience, a PE license, and strong leadership and communication skills; MS Office/MS Project proficiency and CAD experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration across disciplines.
• Active participant in an employee-owned culture is essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of multi-discipline teams through project lifecycle.
• Manage small to large projects and ensure deliverables on time and budget.
• Establish and maintain client relations and participate in meetings.
• Coordinate staffing, track finances, and ensure QA/QC procedures.
• Provide guidance to discipline leads and staff starting project tasks.
• Support reviews with governing agencies for code compliance.
