Job summary

Charles Perry Partners, Inc. offers a 2027 Summer Internship Program that provides hands-on exposure to construction operations across field, project management, and preconstruction, plus select corporate support departments such as Human Resources, IT, and Marketing.

The intern will assist multiple departments with daily tasks, attend meetings, help prepare and distribute project communications, and gain experience in budgeting, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors and vendors.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Construction or related field.
• Prior construction-related internships or work experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Construction Manager and Superintendents with on-site activities, including scheduling and supervision.
• Help ensure on-site safety and compliance with company policies.
• Learn cost estimation, bid solicitation and scheduling processes.
• Explore other areas of the division to learn about general operations.
• Provide basic administrative support and assist with special projects.
