Job summary

Vytalyze Minds Corp in Florida is seeking motivated and dependable clinical interns to join our behavioral health team. This hybrid opportunity welcomes RMHCI, RMFTI, and RCSWI interns who want structured, professional supervision and collaborative care.

You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans with measurable goals, provide therapy as appropriate, and maintain documentation and caseloads in line with HIPAA and Florida rules.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling, MFT, social work, or equivalent.
• Active Florida RMHCI/RMFTI/RCSWI license in good standing.
• Active supervisor arrangement compliant with Florida requirements.
• Strong clinical writing, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to complete background screening, credentialing, and compliance training.
• Ability to work independently within intern status with supervision when required.
• Commitment to accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments within scope.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide individual, family, couples, or group therapy under supervision.
• Complete progress notes, treatment plans, reassessments, and discharge records.
• Monitor client progress, risks, and changes in presentation.
• Consult with supervisor on clinical concerns.
• Coordinate care with psychiatric providers and licensed clinicians.
• Attend required supervision, case consultations, and meetings.
• Follow HIPAA, Florida laws, payer requirements, and organizational policies.
• Maintain professional boundaries and a consistent caseload.
