Job summary

Thriveworks is actively seeking provisionally licensed clinicians pursuing Florida LMHC licensure to deliver a blend of telehealth and in-person sessions from Maitland, FL. The role emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based care for a large client base with flexible scheduling.

Eligible full-time clinicians receive health insurance, loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and additional employer-sponsored benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Florida.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location.
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Graduate or post-graduate experience in counseling for depression/anxiety with a licensed supervisor is preferred.
• Comfort with telehealth and EHR tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Maintain availability for a mix of in-person and telehealth sessions.
• Adhere to DSM-5 under supervision and document sessions accordingly.
